By using our Site or booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
GH Property Services LLC provides regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning for residential properties, along with related services for property managers, realtors, and short-term rental hosts, across Los Angeles County. Additional services such as light commercial cleaning, pressure washing, and handyman work may be available on request.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided through our Site or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide, such as home size and condition. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition or size of the property differs materially from what was described, and we'll communicate any changes with you before beginning work. All pricing is flat-rate rather than hourly, based on the scope agreed upon for your service.
Scheduling and Access
You agree to provide our crew with reasonable access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If a cleaning cannot proceed due to lack of access, a locked or unreachable property, or unsafe conditions on arrival, we may need to reschedule and additional fees may apply. We ask that you notify us as far in advance as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Our 24-Hour Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with any part of a completed cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the specific concern at no additional charge. This guarantee covers the quality of the cleaning performed and does not extend to areas or items outside the agreed scope of service.
Client Responsibilities
To help our crews do their best work safely, we ask that you:
- Secure or put away valuables, fragile items, cash, jewelry, and important documents before your appointment
- Disclose any known hazards, fragile surfaces, or areas requiring special care
- Secure pets in a safe location during the visit
- Provide accurate information about your home's size, condition, and the service you're requesting
Insurance and Liability
GH Property Services LLC carries general liability insurance. If damage occurs as a direct result of our crew's work, notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and address it. We are not responsible for damage related to pre-existing conditions, improperly secured or fragile items not disclosed to us in advance, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from a home's existing plumbing, electrical, or structural condition. Our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless a different arrangement has been agreed to in advance, such as for recurring service plans or larger property-management accounts. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellations
We understand plans change. We ask for as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect scheduling priority for future appointments.
Website Use
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through our quote forms. The content, design, and branding of this Site are the property of GH Property Services LLC and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
